Ben Droz

Director

Ben has more than eight years’ investing experience in renewable energy, energy transition, power, utilities, and related sectors. Most recently, Ben was a Principal on KKR’s Infrastructure Investing team and, prior to that, a Vice President on the Capital Dynamics Clean Energy Infrastructure team. At KKR, Ben worked on the $17 billion take-private of CyrusOne, a leading global data center business, and multiple other public-to-private, private-to-private acquisitions and capital raise transactions across the broader energy transition space. At Capital Dynamics, he worked on significant transactions, including the acquisition of the 300MW Eagle Shadow Mountain Solar and the 400MW + 1,200MWh Eland Solar + Storage Energy Center projects. Ben also previously worked in GE Capital’s Energy Financial Services business on tax equity and other structured equity transactions.

Ben earned a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
